Clause 1

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use b3333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. b3333 may request proof of eligibility at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal.

This requirement is firm and applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception. b3333 may require you to submit a copy of your National ID card (NID) or other government-issued identification to verify your date of birth. If verification cannot be completed, your account will be suspended pending resolution.

Single Account
Each individual person may register and maintain only one active b3333 account at any time. If b3333 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited. b3333 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations.

Personal Use Only
Your b3333 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell or otherwise make available your account credentials to any third party. You may not use b3333 on behalf of another person, corporation, partnership or any other legal entity unless expressly authorised to do so in writing by b3333.
b3333 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone who is excluded from gambling, whether through self-exclusion, third-party exclusion or any court or regulatory order. Circumventing an exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Registration and Security

To access b3333's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your b3333 account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth or mobile number — is a breach of these Terms. b3333 may verify any information you provide and may request supporting documentation at any time.
2.2
Password Confidentiality
You are responsible for keeping your b3333 account password strictly confidential. Do not share your password with any other person. b3333 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service. Notify b3333 immediately via the support team if you suspect your login credentials have been compromised or your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC Verification
b3333 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a copy of your National ID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie photograph. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions on b3333 are processed via Bangladeshi mobile wallet and banking infrastructure. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on b3333 is ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. b3333 does not impose a maximum deposit limit for standard transactions, but may apply limits for specific promotional offers. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. b3333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account used to make deposits. b3333 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests and any pending KYC verification. b3333 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
3.3
Transaction Fees and Currency
b3333 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside b3333's control. All transactions on b3333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). b3333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Accepted Payment Methods
b3333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at b3333's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is registered in their own name before initiating any transaction.

Clause 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

b3333 may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

  1. Bonuses are credited to your b3333 account balance upon meeting any stated qualifying conditions, such as a minimum deposit amount or use of a specific payment method.
  2. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
  3. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
  4. b3333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be settled according to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
  5. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of free spins, or collusion between players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

b3333 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any particular time. Promotional offers are subject to change and may be geographically or temporally restricted. Clause 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b3333. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

  1. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with b3333, place bets or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
  2. Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing insider information relating to live sporting events for betting advantage.
  3. Exploiting any software bug, error, glitch or miscalculation to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned to b3333.
  4. Using b3333 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity. b3333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
  5. Attempting to access b3333's systems, databases or infrastructure through unauthorised means, including hacking, phishing or social engineering attacks directed at b3333 staff or other players.
b3333 actively monitors all accounts and transactions for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. b3333's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

Clause 6

Intellectual Property

All content on the b3333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of b3333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the b3333 Platform without the express prior written permission of b3333.

The b3333 brand name, logo and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of b3333. Unauthorised use of any b3333 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles or advertising materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Clause 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the b3333 Platform; any unauthorised access to or use of our servers; or any bugs, viruses or trojan horses which may be transmitted to or through our Platform.

b3333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). b3333 does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Clause 8

Account Suspension and Termination

b3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action being taken.

Grounds for Suspension
b3333 may suspend your account if you breach any provision of these Terms; there is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering associated with your account; your account is subject to a legal dispute or regulatory inquiry; or you fail to complete requested KYC verification within a reasonable period. During suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw or place bets.
8.2
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your b3333 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms. If you have an active bonus at the time of account closure, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming policy.
